With Rockin Booty, within a week I was able to notice a positive difference in energy and my booty and by the second week, my family was able to notice the difference. Heyyy...in just one week of following the program and sticking to the nutrition plan (80%-85%), I saw fast results. The first thing I noticed was my booty lifting and my waist lost .5 inch! After week 2, the sides of my glutes were coming in and continuing to lift. In addition to creating a shapely booty, my lower back, abdominals and thighs are tightening and toning up. The Rockin Booty program is easy to follow and the videos are extremely helpful-they show you proper form and also include modifications for beginner to advanced levels. So far I am happy with my results and will continue to use this program to achieve the overall goal...a tight, toned Rockin Booty!
